Synchronous belts with cleats
Timing belts can be fitted with cleats welded to the back of the belt for handling, transport and positioning applications.
The cleats are made of thermoplastic polyurethane and heat-welded to the belt.
The geometry (generally rectangular) is determined by transport requirements and the nature of the goods being transported.
We can design custom-shaped cleats to meet the specific requirements of each application.

In addition to welded cleats, we can offer to fit cleats with metal inserts (false teeth) so that you can adapt your cams to your needs.
AT10 and AT20 profile false teeth are available in brass, plastic and stainless steel.
