Reassembly without dismantling
Since 2010, we have developed several ERO Joint® mechanical assembly solutions. These innovations, developed and optimised with our partners Gates, Esbelt and BEHAbelt, are protected by 10 international patents.
They provide you with new maintenance solutions and enable you to replace your belts and Conveyor Belts quickly and easily.
To further reduce production line downtime, we have also developed tensioning and rapid assembly tools.
Belts with ERO Joint® quick-release mechanical joint
Available for T10, AT10 and HTD8M pitches in widths of 16, 20, 25, 32 and 50 mm, with steel, Kevlar or stainless steel reinforcement.
ERO Joint® HP polyurethane timing belts with mechanical splice
Quick and easy assembly. ERO Joint® HP can be produced with any type of coating, guide and machining.
Its mechanical strength is superior to all other mechanical assembly systems.
Teeth available: H, T10, AT10, T20, AT20, 8M, 14M, AT5, AT10V & T10V (with integrated drive guide, new)

Round and V-belts with ERO Joint® quick-fit mechanical joint
Round and V-belts are assembled by longitudinal screwing into two mechanical parts embedded in the belt.
In all cases, the mechanical system is linked to the tensile core to ensure maximum mechanical strength. (Can also be used on belts without a tension core).
Welded PU Timing belts
These belts are made to length and can be spliced. They are mainly used for conveying or positioning. There are different tooth profiles.
Modular Timing belt
The modular Belt is designed to allow any cleat to be screw-fastened.
The cleats can be replaced without dismantling the Belt.
The distance between cleats is precise (equal to the pitch of the Belt)
The cleats are fastened in a very strong manner (fastening nuts with M4 brass or plastic threads)
Operates on standard AT type Pulleys.

Hermetic food belts and bands
The POSICLEAN® PC20 food belt, manufactured by GATES and processed in our workshops, is a synchronous polyurethane belt. It has been designed to replace modular belts and other plastic chains in order to facilitate the cleaning of preparation lines in the food industry.
It has embedded aramid traction Cords to limit belt elongation, and perfectly smooth surfaces for easy cleaning. It is totally hermetic, which reduces microbial growth.
FLATCLEAN FC12™ food-grade belt, manufactured by GATES and processed in our workshops, is a flat polyurethane belt reinforced with aramid tensile cords. This belt is designed specifically for food applications.
It has smooth surfaces and sides that are easy to clean.

Belts for ADR optical sorters
Belts for optical sorters are made from a hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane, which extends service life in wet applications and reduces the growth of bacteria.
The polyurethane blend is stain resistant, reduces discolouration and enhances optics.
High-quality polyurethane ensures strong welds and reduces the risk of belt breakage.
Jointed Conveyor Belts - PEVETAN
PEVETAN' Conveyor Belts are made up of a set of superimposed polyester plies that provide the necessary rigidity and mechanical strength.
They are covered with a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) top cover that can be adhesive, slippery or structured.
They have a wide range of applications, and can be used in all sectors of activity.
Jointed Conveyor Belts - POLYTAN
POLYTAN' Conveyor Belts are made up of one or more polyester plies which provide the necessary rigidity and mechanical strength.
They are covered with a cut-resistant PU (Polyurethane) or SI (Silicone) top cover.
They are generally chosen for their high resistance to oils and greases, particularly in the food industry.
Jointed Conveyor Belts - GRAFICTAN
GRAFICTAN' Conveyor Belts are made up of a set of polyester plies or a polyamide Reinforcement which defines the mechanical properties and stiffness of the belt.
They are covered with an NBR (elastomer) coating on one or both sides, giving them high abrasion resistance.
They are generally used in the graphic arts industry to transport paper or cardboard, and are all antistatic.
Jointed Conveyor Belts - THERMOTAN
THERMOTAN' Conveyor Belts are either made from a single-piece PU material, or from a polyester tensile element.
They are heat-sealable, so can be spliced together without the use of glue, in a very short time. The joint is fused and has no hard points.
One-piece elastic PU belts are used for applications with a fixed centre-to-centre distance. They are chosen for their ease of installation and maintenance.
Flat belts
Belts made up of two friction layers of acrylic nitrile, better known by the general term "elastomer".
The PA6 polyamide tensile member placed in the centre of the Belt is made of heated granules, extruded and then stretched to form a compact element.
The antistatic polyamide fabric placed between the tension member and the friction layers reduces the static electricity generated by the rotation of the Belt (electromotive phenomenon).

The joint is made by a simple knot. It is stronger than any soldered joint.
