The EROJOINT® HP ‘Hinge Pin’ mechanical jointing system (patented) can be used for any width from 10 mm to 450 mm with any type of reinforcement, drive guide or cladding.
The mechanical strength of the EROJOINT® HP joint is equivalent to that of a welded joint.
They allow you to replace your belts very quickly.
European funding of €15,225 has been granted to finance the expansion of the EROJOINT® HP range, the optimisation of the production process and the increase in production capacity.

Quick-fit driving belt – EROJOINT® B1
Available in lengths of 8M and 14M
EROJOINT® B1 is a driving belt designed for quick fitting, particularly suited to maintenance operations. It can be used to efficiently replace any standard driving belt during a machine shutdown, without the need for complex dismantling.
It is assembled in a similar way to a chain: individual modules can be linked together to form a belt of any length, without any dimensional constraints. Assembly is carried out manually by screwing in the pin, without the need for any special tools.
Since 2017, we have been developing the ‘Belt Chain’ concept, a hybrid solution combining the advantages of belts (clean operation, quiet running and dimensional stability) with those of chains (open assembly and the ability to adjust the length by adding sections).
Ten years after the launch of the EROJOINT® HP — a quick-fit timing belt renowned for its performance — we are now adapting this technology for power transmission.
To simplify installation and adjustment, a belt tensioning tool is available as an option, making it easier to fit the belt to the machine.

The patented ERO Ultimate joint design enables the on-site assembly of a belt with a continuous section comprising half its width. This results in extremely high mechanical strength and service life.
The Poly Chain® GT Carbon™ EROJOINT® Ultimate transmits more power than any rubber driving belt and can replace any standard belt.A T10 EROJOINT® Ultimate polyurethane belt can withstand more than 50 per cent of the load of a Flex belt (with continuous cords).
This type of joint can be fitted to any timing belt with a pitch of 8 mm or greater.

Various types of mechanical assembly are possible.

There are several options for mechanical assembly using flat belts. These solutions are primarily intended as stopgap measures.
