Guide rails and support rollers
It is recommended that grooved pulleys, support rollers and guide rails are used to hold the Belt in place to carry the load. When guiding the V-zone, the groove in the V-zone should be designed to support the Belt at the bottom of the groove and allow the Belt to contact one side of the groove at a time to avoid problems.
The diameter and number of support rollers required depend on the length of the conveyor and the weight and size of the goods to be transported. The smooth-surfaced support rail can be slotted to support the conveying area. The size of the slot must protrude across the width to prevent the belt from clogging.
