We can work on all the coatings used in the belt and conveyor belt industry (polyurethane, PVC, rubber) with or without structure and on any type of support (flat, toothed, ribbed, V-belt or conveyor belt).
All the coverings in our range can be joined by gluing or fusing for polyurethanes and PVC. Some coatings, such as Linatex® and polyurethane foams, can be made endless.
Since 2012, we have been developing our own polyurethane coating. This coating is particularly resistant to abrasion resistance. It can be applied seamlessly. It can be produced from 35 shore A to 55 shore D.
Fusion bonding
This process enables us to join polyurethane and PVC coverings by fusion, without the use of glue.
The main advantage of this process is that there is no hard point. The behaviour of the coating over time is identical to that of an endless coating, with no premature wear of the joint. Nor is there any direction of travel.
