The Twin Power™ Belt is a double-toothed belt with the teeth facing each other.

Twin Power™ Synchronous belts are available with specific GT teeth.
This Twin Power™ GT2 belt transmits up to 100% more power than Twin Power™ HTD belts: it is characterised by exceptional transmissible power and high resistance to tooth jump, thus guaranteeing positive transmission without slipping. What's more, noise levels are greatly reduced.

This profile ensures better load distribution on the tooth, reduced backlash, less wear and less noise.
It is a good profile for linear and rotary positioning as well as high-speed power transmission.

Belts with the STS profile are available in different pitches: S1.5M - S2M - S3M - S4.5M - S5M - S8M - S14M, and also with double teeth.

Traditionally, driving belts are made of rubber, but for certain applications it is preferable to use polyurethane belts.
