BIRD™ tool for installing and servicing belts
With the BIRD™ (Belt Installation and Rotation Device) tool, you can safely install or check your rotary drive devices.
This is because, in this case, your hands and fingers are completely away from the pinch zones.
When the machine is stopped and blocked, the operator can, with ease and while protecting himself thanks to the BIRD™ device, carry out its maintenance.
Before acquiring this tool, when setting up or checking the installation, the operator had to pull out the Belt or grab the Pulley or the pinion by the sides to turn the drive system.
This was a dangerous manoeuvre, as there was a high risk of hands or fingers being crushed.
